The original Joglo was brought to Cemagi over 30 years ago, and has just completed a full renovation, restoring its original features yet integrating modern luxuries to create a truly unique property that stands out for it’s authentic character, integrity and spaciousness. Natural wood, stone, metal & marble features abound, with only non toxic natural lime wash and plaster used for the walls.

The villa features three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are currently fitted with king sized beds, generous built in wardrobes, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The floors are decorated with handprinted Bali tiles, and both rooms feature hand carved wood panels from the original Joglo design.

The third bedroom is converted into a separate study room with dynamic standing desk & office chair, complemented by an adjoining bathroom.

The villa has been built with a vision to entertain, and this is evident in the generous upcycled dining table hosting up to 12 guests, the culinary kitchen with double door fridge, built-in oven, and gas stove beaming from the marble surfaces. All appliances are European-made.

Stepping onto the terrace, soak in the breeze from the nearby ocean, and be mesmerised by the natural canopy of enormous trees. The sun glistens on the 8 meter swimming pool, and there's ample lawn space for fitness or chilling. An outdoor shower, three-burner gas BBQ, and surfboard rack complete the exterior atmosphere.
